Our hoses meet
your requirements and your drawings

All of our hoses and fittingsare assembled inour workshops in France, in the Rhône-Alpes region.
We manufacture low- to very high-pressure hoses, specifically for engine applications and hydraulic systems.
All our hoses are manufactured in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers’ specifications. We can also assist you in the development of your products.
Our work orders outline all manufacturing steps and the inspection points to be verified.
Finally, we ship our products only after all inspections have been completed.

Compliance with current
standards

We manufacture our products using high-quality components supplied by our French and European partners:

  • Hoses: Textile- and steel-braided hoses with up to 4 plies, with or without a stainless steel lining.
  • Tubes and fittings: Available in steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum,copper-aluminum alloy , etc.
  • Fittings:
    o Gas and French Metric Series
    o French Light Series

All of our fittings can be made of copper-aluminum.
To complement our catalog lines, we design special fittings made of steel, stainless steel, or brass. Our entire line of fittings provides you with the ideal solution for connecting hoses to your system.

  • Bent tubes: from 6 mm to 52 mm in diameter.
  • Once the tubes have been bent, we can form, braze, or weld end caps, flanges, brackets, and any other necessary fittings.
  • Bent tubes can be combined with hoses to provide you with a complete set.
  • To meet your potential needs, SCORPI has recently acquired a ROMER arm to provide you with a certificate of conformity for bent tubes (optional).

To finish our products and protect them from corrosion, our local partners will perform the treatment you request in accordance with current standards.
Our regulatory monitoring allows us to keep track of all changes to the standards applicable to our industry and thus to adapt continuously.

Key Features

All of our hoses meet your requirements in terms of:

  • Extensive expertise in machining copper-aluminum alloys.
  • Identification/Traceability
    Our marking machines allow us to identify each hose. The marking is applied directly to the sleeve or to a floating ring.

  • Mounting Dimensions We adhere to the mounting dimensions specified by the original manufacturer (technical library).

  • Packaging
    All of our hoses are individually capped or wrapped in airtight plastic film to protect them from contamination.
  • Pressure Resistance
    We ensure that all our hoses are pressure-resistant. We are equipped with test benches to perform the appropriate tests: nitrogen up to 70 bar or oil up to 2,500 bar. A test certificate can be provided upon request.
  • Responsiveness
    SCORPI’s responsiveness and close relationships with its supplier partners will enable us to quickly provide you with prototypes and pre-production runs.
  • Alternative Solution
    SCORPI has researched and developed alternative solutions for product lines that are becoming difficult to source (due to the original manufacturer discontinuing production), allowing you to maintain your systems without having to make major modifications.
